The 80/220 sharpening puck by Adler has been specially developed to bring worn axes and hatchets back to life. Each puck is made in Germany and consists of ceramic with a uniform grain, which means that the stone grinds faster and no oil is required for sharpening.
Application: The coarse side is used when the blade has become nicked or dull. Use the fine side to maintain a sharp edge. Work in a circular motion of the wrist/forearm over the curve of the blade from top to bottom. Sharpen both sides evenly and maintain the curve of the blade. Apply water to the sharpening puck to achieve better results.

To be efficient, you have to be organized. This mindset helped create the Adler utility pouch. Utilizing a split pocket design, the pouch is purpose built to hold one or more round sharpening stones, axe balm or a variety of other maintenance items. If you don’t need the pouch to keep your axe accessories at the ready, you can easily convert it to organize small electronics or other everyday carry items. Each pouch is hand crafted in the USA using 510 g/m² duck canvas, durable YKK zippers and a leather pull tab.
Replacement sheaths are available for all Adler models. Each sheath is manufactured to the same exacting standards as original sheaths, from leather carefully selected to the task. The sheaths are made in Lithuania (Europe).

Replacement handles are available for all Adler models. Each handle is manufactured to the same exacting standards as the original hickory or ash handles. All replacement handles come in the color combination red/black. Please select your matching model.

This replacement handle is suitable for our garden hoe models Daisy, Lily and Rosie.
Please select the desired length. Each handle length fits our original tool heads. This means you can also order the replacement handle in a different length to your original handle.

Application:
Use ADLER Axe Balm to care for the wooden handles of axes and other tools. Clean and dry the handle before applying the balm. Sand off any rough spots before applying the balm. Apply a thin layer to the handle with a cloth and leave to dry for a few minutes. Not suitable for consumption. Store at room temperature.
